Build It Green, returning for their 4th year with West Coast Green, is at the center of a current AIA awards program. The program calls for "housing renovation/remodel/rehabilitation projects that demonstrate exemplary performance relative to criteria based on The GreenPoint Rated Existing Home Checklist as well as the 2007 Build It Green's Home Remodeling Green Building Guidelines.
