Show Gardens to Transform Fort Mason Center
September 10, 2009 by Ian Bryan

West Coast Green will enliven the Fort Mason Center through the addition of more than 20,000 square feet of living plants, trees, green walls and gardens transforming the historical military base into an interactive delight to the senses. “Our team will be using native and edible landscape features to demonstrate ways that urban settings can be improved and beautified,” said Josiah Cain, West Coast Green’s Show Gardens Project Lead, and Chief Design Officer at Design Ecology.
