Cancellation Policies
  • Notice of cancellations must be in writing
  • Notice received by July 31, 2008: 50% of booth price will be refunded
  • No refund after September 1, 2008
Payment Policies
  • Make check payable to WEST COAST GREEN
  • Leave No Trace Policy requires all exhibitors in violation to pay a fine of $50/100sq.ft.
  • To qualify for discount, full payment must be received before the discount period ends
  • Payment by check must be mailed to:

Booth Package
Standard Booth (10ft x 10ft) Package includes:
  • Premiere location on main Exhibit Hall floor
  • 8 ft high back wall and 3 ft high side walls
  • One 6 ft table draped with linen
  • Two chairs
  • One ID sign with company name and booth #
  • Six exhibitor badges
  • One complimentary all-access Full Conference pass
  • Listing in Event Program
Pricing:

Standard Booth (10ft x 10ft) Inline booth — $2950
Standard Booth (10ft x 10ft) Corner booth — $3250

Discount Information

15% Discount will be applied to booth price only when payment is received in full by March 15, 2008
10% Discount will be applied to booth price only when payment is received in full by April 30, 2008
