Volunteer Registration

Volunteers are encouraged to volunteer for as many shifts as possible (up to three)—your help is what makes this event possible! Each volunteer shift is 5 ½ hours long. Volunteers receive access to the conference in exchange for volunteering.

What positions are you interested in working?

Registration - (Event days w/training on Wednesday afternoon) - for Attendees, Speakers and/or Exhibitors

Security (same as room attendants)- Verify attendee access to Educational Tracks and speaking programs

Greening the Event - Greening Monitors will assist West Coast Green in maximizing its sustainability goals, by diverting as much waste from landfill as possible. Volunteers will ensure that attendees deposit their waste in the proper cans at the Resource Recovery Stations located throughout the event hall.

Hospitality Staff - Greet attendees, provide information and guidance, serve snacks and beverages on expo floor and/or assist Speakers in Speaker Lounge

Speaker Room Attendants - ensure speakers are in rooms before presentation, assist Speakers and AV Techs in setting up programs, assist attendees with finding seating as necessary

Saturday Event Teardown (5:00 - 10:00)
