Gregg Ander is the Chief Architect for the Customer Service Business Unit of Southern California Edison. He is the manager of SCE's Design and Engineering Services, of which the RTTC is an integral part. He is the author of over 65 technical and design related articles and was the executive producer of four "Environmental Showcase" television programs for NBC.

Tim Block joined The Home Depot Foundation in January 2008 as Program Manager. The Home Depot Foundation was created in 2002 as a public charity and focuses grant support to organizations that build affordable, efficient and healthy homes while promoting sustainability. On a daily basis, Tim oversees much of The Home Depot Foundation’s grantee work and affordable housing initiatives. Carrie Meinberg Burke

Architect, industrial designer, and lecturer, Carrie Meinberg Burke’s design methodology integrates analysis/synthesis to generate sustainable form. She received a Masters degree from Yale, is lead designer for an LBC residence, and NSF grant recipient. Jordana Cammarata is involved in the oversight of the commercial energy efficiency programs for existing buildings and new construction. She is also engaged with the implementation of the California Energy Efficiency Strategic Plan, and recently launched a Zero Net Energy (ZNE) Action Plan for the Commercial Sector. She holds an MPP from the University of Southern California (USC).

Caroline W.Casey is the daughter of a Congressman and grew up in DC, where she has been the producer and host of "The Visionary Activist Show" on the Pacifica Radio Network for over 14 years. She studied with Joseph Campbell, and is a popular keynote speaker at social change conferences with her unique blend of mythology, politics, and playful approach to creating a more ingenious culture.

Theresa is an attorney with extensive experience in energy regulatory matters and transactions, including on electricity sales and performance contracts. At the CPUC, she focuses on policies and programs to promote energy efficiency and other clean energy issues. Ms. Cho played a key role in the CPUC’s Energy Efficiency Strategic Plan.

Anthony Eggert was appointed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in January 2010 and fills the Environmentalist position on the five-member Commission. Currently, Commissioner Eggert serves as Presiding Member of the Efficiency Committee and as Associate Member on the Transportation Committee, AB 32 Implementation (Ad Hoc Committee) and the Federal Stimulus Program (Ad Hoc Committee).

Tian is the founder/chief editor of Transit Sustainability Practice Compendium and the chair of Transit Sustainability Standards for the American Public Transportation Association. His work on BART Facilities Standards was the first of its kind in transit system design and construction to incorporate sustainability principles and requirements holistically from planning to operations.

Daniel M. Kammen is the “Class of 1935 Distinguished Professor of Energy” at the University of California, He holds appointments in the Energy and Resources Group, the Goldman School of Public Policy, and the department of Nuclear Engineering. Kammen is the founding director of the Renewable and Appropriate Energy Laboratory (RAEL). Kammen is also the Co-Director of the Berkeley Institute of the Environment. Daniel Kammen is a coordinating lead author for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), which won the Nobel Peace Prize in 2007. In 1998 was elected a Permanent Fellow of the African Academy of Sciences.
